6” Firestorm Petty / Utility with stabilised elm burl handle.

£390.00
sold out

This absolutely stunning 148mm / 5.75” integral petty /utility is forged in a highly developed firestorm pattern using 1084 & 15N20 carbon steels. The handle is a beautiful piece of stabilised local elm burl and I added my fancy ‘5’ pin in stainless steel to bring a little bling to the party.

This versatile and well balanced knife is comfortable in the hand and may well become your go-to knife in the kitchen. It is well suited for veg and meat preparation.

Overall Length 11 inches / 280mm

Weight 130g

Hardness 59/60HRC (approx)

Carbon steel.

NOTE - Carbon steel will patina over time so requires a little care to keep it looking at its best. I supply care instructions with every knife sent out.
